Drive Folders
Google Drive is a collaborative environment with shared folders and public access. You can open up a folder on Google Drive to specific teachers and students using their email addresses.
At times, file organisation may involve adding or moving a particular file or folder.
Students at Magdalene are required to create faculty-based folders and then to share the folder with their class teacher. Class teachers will then have full access to anything that is saved in the folder this makes it easy to check on student progress and to provide feedback on assessment work.

The Youtube clip below will explain how to create a class folder and then how to move individual students' folders into a class folder. The original folder will still be in your “shared with me/incoming” folder DO NOT delete these folders, once you organise your Drive folder there will be little need to go into the shared with me/incoming part of Drive.
