When you open the Creative Cloud and if it states that you need to sign in you need to use below steps.
Type Adobe Creative Cloud at Windows Search Bar and click on Adobe Creative Cloud
This will open the CEO Login banner and enter your school user ID and the password.
Once you enter the users ID and the password and click login it will open the below windows. DO NOT click on 'Continue with Google". Instead type your school email address at the location it asks the email address to be entered and click "Continue".
Click "Company or School Account". This will again prompt you to enter CEO credentials.
Once you enter the credentials again the Adobe Creative Cloud App window will open.
Make sure the right top corner login icon is light blue as shown below.
You can click 'Open" on any app that already installed or click "install" to install any app that you wish to start using.
