When working or learning remotely with the Camera on, you may want your background blurred to keep the focus on you, and not your surroundings.
How to set a background filter in the Zoom Application.
1) Open the Zoom application and navigate to preferences in the Menu bar.
2) Once in settings, click on 'Backgrounds and Filters'
In this screen you can apply filters to your background.
To Blur your background during a Zoom:
1) In the bottom left of the Zoom screen, click the "up" arrow in the "Start Video" box.
2) Click "Choose Virtual Background...
3) From the options provided, select "Blur". The background will become blurred, and the focus will be on you.
When finished, close the window.
