You have two options. You can use either or both. Option 2 is only the CURRENT DAY’S REAL TIME DATA.

Option 1.

Use the existing Sign In Admin website (http://apps.dow.catholic.edu.au/signin)

Option 2.

Use the new Emergency Roll app! This is an app which will give you, as a school or office administrator, the same functionality as the Evacuation Report on the Sign In Admin website.


This is for iPhone or iPad only (no Android, sorry).

This is NOT available from the app store, it’s available from a CEO web page.


To install and use:

  1. Using the device you want to install it on, browse to http://apps.dow.catholic.edu.au/ios/

  2. Tap the green INSTALL button

  3. When iOS prompts you to install, tap Install

  4. Because you installed the app from a link instead of the app store you have to confirm that you trust this developer.

    1. Minimise your browser and go to Settings -> General -> Device Management

    2. Tap Trustees for the Wollongong Diocese…

    3. Tap the blue “Trust Trustees for the Wollongong Diocese…” link and tap Trust when prompted

    4. Minimise Settings

  5. Find the new app - the icon looks like this: 

  1. Enter your Terminal Id (e.g. DOWSMA1) and Terminal Pin. If you have more than one terminal it doesn’t matter which one you pick because it shows visitors for the entire location.

  2. You should see the current visitors on or off site based on the configuration of your Sign In modes
