Get Employee Badge in Apple / Google Wallet

Step 1: Sign In
Use the “Sign in with Okta” option to log in.
Step 2: Platform Selection
After successful sign-in, you will be prompt to select either iOS or Android platform of your device.
Tap the platform you are using.
Tap the “Provision Credential” button.
Step 3: Credential Set Selection
You will be prompt to choose a credential set.
Choose the credential set you wish to provision.
Tap the “Provision Credential” button.
Step 4 - Apple Wallet: Add to Apple Wallet
After credential is provisioned, it is ready to be added to your wallet.
Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” button, you will be directed to Apple Pay page.
On the popped up page, sign in with the Apple ID linked to the device you wish to provision the employee badge to.
Select the device(s) you want to add the employee badge to.
Tap the “Add” button, and wait for the employee badge to be added to your Apple Wallet.

Step 4 - Google Wallet: Add to Google Wallet
After credential is provisioned, it is ready to be added to your wallet.
Sign in with the Google Account linked to the device you wish to provision the employee badge to.
Once credential is provisioned, tap the “Add to Google Wallet” button. Follow prompts to add the employee badge to your Google Wallet.

Step 4 - Google Wallet from Desktop:
If you are provisioning to Google Wallet from a desktop device:
Sign in with the Google Account linked to the device you wish to provision the employee badge to.
Scan the QR code on desktop page with the Android device where you wish to add the employee badge to.
On the Android device, tap the “Add to Google Wallet” button. Follow prompts to add the employee badge to your Google Wallet.
