1) If you have downloaded @DOW using the old method, uninstall the app.
2) Make sure that your device is signed into the Apple ID that you wish to use with @DOW.
3) Open a web browser on your iPad and go to apps.dow.catholic.edu.au/appcodes. Log in with your normal CEDoW login details.
4) Scroll down to locate @DOW on the list of apps and tap on “Claim Code”.
5) You will now have a code listed next to @DOW. Tap on “Redeem Code”.
6) Your device will now open the App Store and redeem the code. You may need to authenticate with your Apple ID.
7) Once the code is redeemed, your device will download the @DOW app.
NOTE: If you search for @DOW on the App Store, it will not appear. This means:
a) It can only be downloaded initially as described above.
b) If you need to download the app on another device
i) Sign into the device with the same account, then open the App Store
ii) view your account
iii) select “Purchased”
iv) Click on the download button next to @DOW.
