Follow these steps to change or reset your CEDoW account password:


- If Your Current Password Still Works -

  1. Log in to your Okta dashboard by going to login.dow.catholic.edu.au and logging in with your current credentials if prompted
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the page, then click on  Settings  in the drop-down menu that appears
  3. Click the  Reset  button beside Password under the Security Methods section, and click  Yes  to proceed if you are asked if you are sure
  4. Enter your current password and click  Verify 
  5. Respond to any MFA prompts/challenges that you are presented with
  6. Enter your desired new password twice and click  Reset Password 



- If You Can't Log In With Your Current Password -


If You Have Access to a Configured Multi-Factor Authenticator

  1. Go to the Okta dashboard login page by going to login.dow.catholic.edu.au
  2. Click the  Forgot password?  link underneath the Sign In button
  3. Enter your username and click  Next 
  4. Select an authenticator you have access to and respond to any prompts/challenges that you are presented with
  5. Enter your desired new password twice and click  Reset Password 



If You Can't Access Your Authenticator(s) or Don't Have Any Authenticator Configured


Secondary (and K-12) School Staff and Students

  • Please see your school's ICLT support team in person so that they can verify your identity and reset your password for you


Primary School Staff and Students

  • Students - Please see your teacher so that they can verify your identity and contact the ICLT Service Desk on your behalf to have your password reset for you
  • Staff - Please see your school's SSSO or a member of your school's leadership team in person so that they can verify your identity and contact the ICLT Service Desk on your behalf to have your password reset for you


CEO Office Staff

  • Please either visit the ICLT Service Desk in person, or have your team leader or head of service contact the ICLT Service Desk on your behalf to have your password reset for you
